CONSTRUCTION SCOPE & DOCUMENT AUTOMATION
ScopeFlow

From construction drawings to scope, bids, and RFQ / Contracts.

ScopeFlow uses AI to interpret construction drawings and organize trade scope for human review. It carries that reviewed work into Excel Bid Analysis Workbooks and detailed RFQ / Contracts documents, while establishing the source foundation for planned bidder comparisons.

Owner-estimated savings for the full planned workflow, including Bid Leveling (not yet released). Not a measured guarantee; human review, corrections, and final approval take additional time.

THE BIG PICTURE

One source of scope. From first drawing to informed bid decisions.

Construction procurement begins with hundreds of drawing pages, notes, schedules, and details. Those documents must become accurate trade responsibilities before estimators can prepare pricing workbooks or ask subcontractors for bids.

ScopeFlow connects drawing analysis, an immutable Original Extracted Scope, editable Review Copies, Reviewed Bid Analysis Workbooks, RFQ / Contracts, and a planned bidder-comparison workflow. Every stage stays connected to the information that informed it; construction professionals retain approval of final scope, pricing, and contractual terms.

01 / SCOPE EXTRACTION

Read the drawings once. Organize the work by trade.

Upload PDF drawing sets and let AI-assisted analysis interpret plans, notes, schedules, and construction details page by page. ScopeFlow organizes potential requirements by trade and drawing reference, then gives your team editable Review Copies to correct descriptions and assignments without changing the preserved original.

02 / BID ANALYSIS WORKBOOK

Turn reviewed scope into trade-specific Excel workbooks.

ScopeFlow converts the selected Original or a saved Review Copy into a structured Bid Analysis Workbook. Each trade has its own worksheet with scope descriptions, drawing references, detail categories, and the established base-bid, bidder, pricing-status, and alternate breakdown areas.

03 / RFQ / CONTRACTS

Transform reviewed trade scope into RFQ / Contracts language.

Starting from an eligible Bid Analysis Workbook source, ScopeFlow prepares Standard or AI-Enhanced Requests for Quotation in editable Word format. Detailed numbered Specific Services can describe trade obligations, coordination, inclusions, exclusions, labor titles, submittals, and pricing forms for professional review before incorporation into subcontract exhibits.

04 / BID LEVELING

Compare more than price. See what each bidder actually includes.

Bid Leveling is being prepared to connect incoming subcontractor proposals to the Reviewed Bid Analysis source. The planned workflow will examine bidder identities, quoted prices, scope qualifications, and alternates against original proposal evidence. Comparisons and scope decisions will remain subject to human review.

THE RESULT

Organized scope.
Comparable bids.
RFQ / Contracts you can review.

01

Preserved source — original extraction remains distinct from editable review work.

02

Bid-ready Excel — trade worksheets retain descriptions and drawing references.

03

RFQ / Contracts packages — detailed Word documents and bid forms ready for final review before use as contractual scope.

04

Comparative context — bidder qualifications and scope coverage are intended to be reviewed alongside pricing.
